Vom 3. Quartal 2010 an werden die psychiatrischen Gesprächsleistungen wieder im RLV versenkt. Zum Ausgleich erhalten wir zusätzlich ein QZV für die Ziffer 21230.
Das RLV beträgt 43,04 €, das QZV 3,94 €, macht also zusammen 46,98 €. Bei durchschnittlich 442 Fällen lägen die durchschnittliche KV-Zahlungen dann bei 20.765 € (knapp 600.000 Punkte). Zuzüglich genehmigter Richtlinienpsychotherapie. Also knapp die Hälfte der 160.000 € Jahreshonorar, die neulich in der Presse herumgeisterten.
Mich würde mal interessieren, ob bzw. wie die nordrheinischen Psychiater ab dem 1.7. ihre Praxisorganisation umstellen, um weiteren Verlusten vorzubeugen. Fallzahlsteigerung? Mehr Psychotherapie? Wuppertaler Rundschau austragen? Ausland? Rente?
