Gegen die Abrechnung des 1. Quartals 2011 habe ich heute fristgerecht Widerspruch bei der KVNo eingelegt. Der Widerspruch richtet sich u.a. gegen die folgenden Abrechnungsdetails.
Ich habe insgesamt 654.845 Punkte abgerechnet. Die Gesamtübersicht vor Prüfung weist aber nur 552.715 Punkte aus. Die Differenz ist nicht plausibel.
Die Leistungen wurden in 18.667 Minuten erbracht. Das entspricht auf der Basis von 0,8609 €/min einem kalkulatorischen Arztlohn von 16.070,42 €. Die Differenz zwischen kalkulatorischem Gesamthonorar und kalkulatorischem Arztlohn, die den Kostenanteil der Praxis darstellt, beträgt 11.847,77 €.
Meine Abrechnung ergibt aber nur einen Arztlohn von 19,36 € in der Stunde oder 0,323 € in der Minute. Das sind lediglich 37% des oben angeführten, angemessenen Arztlohns.
