In dieser Woche 236 Patientenkontakte und 13 Terminausfälle. Die Praxis ist nun bis zum 30.9.2022 geschlossen.

In der letzten Woche vor dem Urlaub durfte ich nochmal voll meine bürokratische Neigung ausleben und Dutzende von Formularen ausfüllen: kranke Kassen, Versorgungsamt, Rentenversicherung, Jobcenter, BeWo und diverse andere Kandidaten wollten partout noch ihre Anfragen beantwortet haben.

Parallel dazu musste ich lesen (aend 18.9.2022; paywall):

Die Nutzung der elektronischen Patientenakte könnte eine sich schon länger vollziehende Technisierung von zwischenmenschlichen Begegnungen weiter vorantreiben, man könnte auch von Entmenschlichung sprechen.

Die Honorarverhandlungen für die ambulante Medizin sind mit einem Schiedsspruch beendet worden: es gibt witzige zwei Prozent mehr. Die Prioritäten von Gesundheitsminister Lauterbach (SPD) liegen eben woanders, zumal sich jetzt auch das Finanzministerium in die medizinische Versorgung einmischen darf...

Immerhin ist der Bundesrat mit der von Gesundheitsminister Lauterbach (SPD) geplanten Abschaffung der von ihm mit eingeführten Neupatientenregelung nicht einverstanden.
